Career Guidance Seminar

A Career Guidance Seminar titled “Exploring Academic and Career Pathways” was organized on 14th October 2025 at the Community Centre for students of Grades IX and X. The session was conducted by Mr. Varun Sharma, a renowned career counsellor, with the objective of helping students make informed academic and career choices.

Through interactive activities, students gained valuable insights into their interests, strengths, and potential career avenues. Mr. Sharma introduced various standardized assessment tools and highlighted the importance of early planning and thoughtful decision-making in shaping future goals.

The seminar also emphasized the development of key life and employability skills such as communication, collaboration, adaptability, and goal-setting—essential competencies for success in the modern world. A guided parent-student reflection session encouraged meaningful dialogue and joint planning for academic and career progression.

The session concluded with an interactive Q&A segment, allowing students to clarify their queries and seek personalized guidance. The seminar proved to be an insightful, engaging, and enriching experience for all participants.
