World Nature Conservation Day

DPS Panipat Refinery observed World Nature Conservation Day through engaging activities that encouraged young learners to care for the environment. Grade I students collaboratively created nature-themed artwork, reinforcing the values of teamwork, collective responsibility, and conservation.

Grade II students transformed recyclable materials into “Tweet Treats” bird feeders using old bottles, cartons, ice-cream sticks, and earthen pots. They filled the feeders with grains and placed them around the campus, promoting compassion towards birds and responsible reuse of materials.

The activities fostered creativity, environmental awareness, and the understanding that small, collective actions can contribute to a greener and more sustainable world.
